Transparency and CORA 

The Pinewood Springs Water District (PWSWD) is dedicated to operating in a transparent manner, and we do our best to post relevant financial and operational documents to our site as they become available. We also maintain an extensive archive of historical documents offline, so if you're not able to find what you're looking for here on the website, you can submit a request and we'll send you copies of those documents. 

The Colorado Open Records Act (CORA) defines the process by which these documents may be requested, and the deadlines by which they must be fulfilled. A complete explanation of our public records production policy--including instructions for submitting a request--can be found here:

Please note that while the first one hour of staff time spent locating and reviewing records is free of charge, additional staff time is billed at the rate of $33.58 per hour, consistent with the maximum rate set by the Colorado Department of Personnel & Administration. Copying and scanning fees are $0.50 per page. Payment may be required in advance.
